
The One Step You’re Probably Missing In A Detox Bath
It’s SOOO simple you may laugh, but makes a huge difference in how you feel after a hot bath. We’ve talked before about how our skin is the largest organ on the body – soaking up whatever it touches, and also releasing what body doesn’t need. When I take an intense detox bath, I sweat A LOT – that’s my body letting go of all the bad stuff it doesn’t want to hold onto.
So, what should I do with all that sweat? Just let it sit on my body so my skin can reabsorb all the nastiness? Oh heck no! I need to be wiping that sweat off periodically, to be sure it doesn’t just make it’s way back into the body.
It’s super easy to just keep a dry cloth or towel on the tub. Then simply wipe off your face, neck and chest occasionally during your bath.
Small action – huge impact!
